They were great!! Alex and Nick were polite, professional and just nice guys. This furniture is light in color and had been through many, many years of wear from a growing family with two boys and many boys on it through the years. I was amazed and wowed by how great it cleaned up. Alex and Nick laid mats all around under the furniture and were respectful of our carpet. We have a very old chair that I asked Alex about possibility of cleaning. This is a dark red chair. Alex looked the fabric over well and was concerned with this old of fabric and the color bleed. He did not try to pressure me in either way. It was entirely my decision. I chose not to clean that one piece. I cannot say enough good things about the great service received. Any upholstery or carpet cleaning I need in the future, I will definitely call Bock's Steam Star
