Step 3: Sub-surface extraction of affected areas flushing to remove from back and pad.

Step 4: Apply urine stain remover to any remaining stains. (No guarantee of stain removal & a slight risk of color loss is understood by client)

Step 1: Disengage carpet and remove contaminated pad and tack strip as needed.

Step 2: Seal porous floors with specialty odor barrier to lock odors away.

Step 3: Cover floor and baseboard with poly liner for flushing carpet. (to create pool effect)

Step 4: Place carpet back in place and saturate with Pet odor pretreatment then flush from surface.

Step 5: Pretreatment dwell 30 mins then flush from surface.

Step 6: Clean the rest of the room via Value System Carpet Cleaning.

Step 7: Apply urine stain remover to any remaining stains. (No guarantee of stain removal & a slight risk of color loss is understood by client)

Step 8: After 5 days we will call and repeat or schedule re-installation. (Wall & baseboard treatment and large furniture moving not included.)

Solve It

URS #3 Guarantee: Bock’s Steam Star, Inc. will provide additional products and services deemed necessary to control residual odors from canine/feline contamination in the areas outlined in the survey for a period of 1 year at no additional charge, or will refund the charges.
